Refund and Returns Policy

Lake Macquarie Care Pty Ltd (‘Lake Macquarie’) is pleased to assist you who wish to return goods purchased from us online if you change your mind. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We agree to provide a refund to you if you change your mind and wish to return the goods purchased from us online subject to our return and refund policy herein. In order to receive your refund, you must:

(a) provide valid and intact receipts and tax invoices;
(b) make sure that all returned goods are unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition;
(c) be liable for all delivery costs; and
(d) make your request for a refund to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Refunds will be processed using the payment method stated on your original receipt and/or tax invoices.

Goods purchased using PayPal or Zip must be returned via the original payment method. If for any reason the system declines the return, an alternative tender will be offered.

EXCEPTIONS TO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

The change of mind returns does not apply to the following items:
(a) Custom-made products; and
(b) Any product(s) specifically cut to size at your request.

REPLACEMENT

If you find the products purchased from us are faulty or not fit for purpose, you are only entitled to a replacement and not entitled to a refund subject to our return and refund policy herein and to the fullest extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law. In order to receive the replacement, you must make your request for a replace with us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and provide us with valid and intact receipts and tax invoices.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
